Glad to hear Stuckey's hanging in there.  I hope that he recovers quickly.

I'm late to the party as usual and very happy to see a lead. Let's make it 3 in a row.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Well I've been watching that Cle-Det game all night  and the C's on GameWatch whatever on espn... when it first happened the game was paused for quite some time, they even took it to the studio for a bit.  I don't know what else they can do but commentate as usual.  As for the Detroit players, if they still manage to win I will be very surprised. Must be so hard.

It was totally bizarre to watch. He just collapsed and lost consciousness out of nowhere. Very worried.

They just reported stucket is breathing on his own and in stable condition.

Hope he is ok man. The news is also on NBA's front page (though they havn't reported that he's in stable condition yet)
Anything is possible!!!

I'm surprised Pierce didn't et it going tonight.  He looked bouncy at the outset and was coming off a good game.  But 2 key free throws there.  Looks like winning ugly again tonight.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I wouldn't call this winning ugly we've been up for 90% of the game.

A pretty solid win, IMO.

Good win. The C's handled business tonight.

I'll stand by the ugly.  They couldn't pull away and couldn't stop Philly at times.  Turned the ball over too much.  But, there were also good signs tonight and its true that they were not in big danger of losing this one.    KG looked very good, Perk played solid D.  Bench played well.

This was a lot of fun tonight -- good thread, reasonable highs and lows, some noticeable effort.  All good.  Must get ready to go out now, so I'll say my thanks and bid adieux!

Yep. Our defense wasn't really good for the most part but we got blocks when we needed them and scored when we needed to, and made a break in the 4th so it's all good.

Didn't post much in the thread because I was on the chat (first time, fun experience), but TP's to everybody.

Great game by KG and Ray. KG looked great on both ends, a lot of energy and quickness. Rondo was invisible in the first half and dominant in the second for a change, I prefer this pattern to the "great in the first half, invisible in the second" one.

Pierce couldn't hit a shot tonight but he looked really quick and spry so that's good too.

Great win, 3 in a row, let's grow this streak!
