Friday....TRIVIA GAME!!!!!!!
90's Edition

I figure after last night we could all use a diversion. Kelly Dwyers Behind the Boxscore hasn't come out yet and that will just be another punch in the kidneys. So I figure, how 'bout some o that good ol fashioned Friday Trivia game?

Here is how it works: You describe a player or just ask a question. Other people answer it. The rules are simple and brief.

1) Try to keep it no more than 2 or three open unanswered questions at a time (total, not per person) so if you see a question that hasn't been answered yet, allow it some time before you ask your own.

2) Whoever answers it first gets a TP. If the asker thinks its worth it, they can throw more TP's in as a prize.

3) All questions should be 90's centric.

I will go first, with an easy one.

He went to highschool then college in the state he was born in. He averaged roughly 18.5 points per contest over the first 7 years of my career, before He was traded from the team that drafted me in the early first round during the early 90's. He wasn't ever a superstar on Jordan's level, but he had a 'lil' bit of star credibility.

Was it the 'lil' part?

From 1995 to 2000 he averaged 11 pts or better, the best time in his career. He is more well known though, as a role player for a team in the early-mid 90's that came close, but couldn't quite hack it.

Ok, let's see.

I was an NCAA champion, but earned a reputation for never being able to get the team over the top in the pros. I was also part of the single greatest two-person basketball team ever assembled. And if you still don't know who I am, maybe your grandma would know.

Mason is right. I love those early 90's knick teams.

Olympic Gold Medalist, Prolific Shooter, All-star, All NBA, and member of one of the most explosive 3 man combos in the history if the NBA. Later went on to be a pretty terrible GM. Also, it isn't Larry Bird, but he did spend some time in Indiana.

I was the last pick of the second round of my draft class. I was a one trick pony, but man was I good at that trick! Oh, and I'm still associated with the team that drafted me, even though there were no big moments involving that team while I played...and I was involved in many big moments.
