celts up 7 at 5:39 ............

we should be up 15 - 17 right now, easy. we have thrown away too many offensive possessions with pure carelessness and going for the low percentage highlight plays.

this is what gets this team in trouble - they don't take advantage when they are playing well and then find themselves in tight 4th quarters.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

these defensive 3s are bogus. if your gonna call them call them on the cavs too, not just to get the game close.

Lebron is so quick.  Great first step.

C's are about where they should be. If the game stays this way the C's will win by about 15.

Take Varajao out of the equation and we're up 15+ easily.

Lebron has finally figured out that attacking the rim is the way to go.  I was hoping he's continue to keep it outside.

Varejao is very impressive on running down those rebounds. Those out of his area rebounds.

Garnett hasn't looked good boxing him out. Not comfortable dealing with all that movement. Not quick enough sliding side to side.

Was in coasting mode. Switch to attack.

I've been saying this for a while, but he's becoming as good a Tony Parker at the basket. Tony Parker, IMO is the best at finish at the rim. Atleast out of the guys who use touch instead of pure strength, ala Wade/Lebron.

KG struggling on a few inside moves tonight.

The rebounding was great in the first quarter but Varejao and the Cavs are beginning to control the boards.  They are getting second and third looks now which is too much for a great team.

C's need to hang on and get this lead back to 10 before halftime.  It would be a shame to waste a great half by giving back most of the lead.
