I have a theory on this...
My grandpa took care of my grandmother...she couldn't walk (two knee surgeries) and she needed his constant care. I watched, over the course of a year, his health deteriorate. But she pretty much stayed the same...
My point: we have injured guys on this team. The WORST thing you do is take your healthy components and try to overcompensate for their losses. Sure, Rondo might be healthy now, but if you run him into the ground you'll ruin him come playoff time, let alone the long-term implications of doing so.
I watched KC Jones do this to the Celtics in the late 80's... History should teach us to learn from our mistakes.
