Why no minutes for Marcus Landry?

I wanted to be the first to have a thread complaining about not playing Marcus Landry since we are bound to see some threads appear in the upcoming weeks...

We need to develop this asset... Why does Doc hate young players?... etc.

We should have official threads on topics like this.

Official play Ray less minutes thread.
Official play player X instead of player Y thread.
Official trade our bad players for a good player thread.
Official it is the refs' fault we lost thread.
(No need for an official the refs gave us the win thread since for some off reason, no one starts those threads)
Official Stern hates the Celtics and our star players while he loves other big market teams and their star players.

I know he was a very good defender in college, the kind of guy unlike Giddens and Walker that is defense 1st. That being said, i'm sure Doc will still not give him 30 seconds.

He's played around 100 NBA minutes, we're a top 5 team in the NBA. We aren't going to give him minutes in the final third of the season.

Although I am tired of seeing the same threads over and over, they will continue to appear because everyone has strong feelings about those topics.
Ray should play less.
Baby is way better than Williams.
We will never be able to get a good player for our bad player.
It's never the refs faults (even though they do cheat us)
Stern would certainly rather have Lebron and Kobe in the finals but I doubt he's willing to do things that ensure this.

Well, Landry can actually reliably hit a 3 pointer and he has solid size for the 3 so he might get some minutes if his defense isn't awful and he can rebound okay.

I don't see him getting any minutes unless there are injuries and/or it is a blowout.

It's simple as that: This season, he will see the floor either at the end of games in blowouts, or if injuries strike. Our rotation is set and there isn't even one minute for him on this roster, and most likely we'll never hear of him again after the summer of 2010.

When I heard he was coming I figured he would start over Paul or Ray and now I guess he'll have to come off the bench. I guess we still got that backup point in the deal.

I know he is a throw in on the nate deal and I know he couldn't break the rotation with the knicks but i wouldn't dismiss him yet. if he has his brothers mental makeup he is a gamer and may break out with some team. i'd definitely give him some minutes in a blow out to see what he's got. who knows he could pull a leon on us and earn a role.
