What Fairweatherfan posts is correct. Basically every ref in the league is sick of Sheed. He never shuts his mouth, complains on every foul, and basically the refs are sick of him. This obviously does lead to some undeserved T's, but his reputation proceeds him. He'll never change though, so we should be prepared for a couple of suspensions in the last 29 games.
Please stop saying that Sheed always talks and complaisn to the refs during every single game because that's not true. I've seen Sheed stay quiet multiple times this season, and acknowledging he did foul his opponent by raising his arm to the air.
Have you ever seen LeBron's reaction after he gets called for a foul? He is the superstar that gets called for the less fouls in the league (how strange is that, to begin with?), and when, by miracle, he gets called for a foul, he reacts like a spoiled children by screaming his disbelief, going to the other side of the court, then coming back to argue with the refs for 5 minutes, he shakes his head in disbelief the whole time, and he never gets called for a T. On the other hand, Sheed screaming "and one!" after a basket guarantees him a T... he got 3 T's for "and one!" this season.
There is clearly a personal bias from the refs against Sheed. He doesn't help his case at times but it's unfair to see Sheed getting called for T's at a higher rate than every other player in the league just because, well, he is Rasheed Wallace and he has a "reputation".
And every star complains to the refs during the entire game so this is not a valid point as to why Sheed is called for T's so often, while the stars don't.
