Anybody else watching the Thunder @ Knicks game right now?

Eddie just got on the court (wearing #50) and he hit his first shot, a three, of course. :)

It's really weird to see Eddie wearing NY's jersey but it fits him pretty well and he seems to be really motivated, good to see!

Seeing Eddie drain three's for the Knicks makes me feel disgusting... I'll be back after I take like 50 showers.

On another note, T-Mac has looked solid in his start.

Another bucket for Eddie albeit a result of goaltending.

Knicks showing some energy tonight.

McGrady and Eddie really are contributing in a lot of ways tonight! T-Mac looks surprisingly very good for a guy who hasn't played in months, it's cool to see him play with some fire.

Of course I'm not surprised to see Eddie play with his usual hustle and energy, and I like to see him enjoy his time on the court, but I'm relieved and glad for him because it looks like he will get a lot of minutes with D'Antoni and thus contribut a lot to this team. At least his role will be more important in New York than in Boston so from a personal point of view and on an invidual aspect, his situation has improved and I'm really glad for him.

  • You know my methods, Watson.
Wait until Eddie gets full-court pressure on him...  We'll see how much you guys miss him then... :)

Eddie may feel like some weight has been lifted off his shoulders. In Boston it sort of got to the point where it was clear for a while that management thought they could upgrade his position. He fit well in Boston's chemistry but since day 1 the team was concerned about his deficiencies as a player, and respected what he could do but would replace him if they could find someone more dynamic. As it turned out, Eddie was so good at what he did that it took 2.5 years for him to be supplanted. In New York maybe he won't have to be burdened with the thought of what he can't do, and just do what he does.

Knicks fans will love Eddie, and Eddie should love the shots he gets there.

Eddie doesn't look good in Knick colours.

They're not really putting their trust in him right now - he's had some really positions and the Knicks force up poor shots.
Hope that is going to change soon

Just tuned in to watch the fourth quarter. It sounds like McGrady has played very well so far. I wanted to see how he looks.

So far, on the first few possessions, he's been the slowest player on the court.

But he's playing smart, quick passes ahead to put pressure on the defense, the post game, the nice pass out after drawing the double which led to a Gallinari three. Smart play.
