Personally I would give Powe (assuming he plays) more love but its pretty close. Anyone going to the games, who are you more excited about cheering for when they enter the game.

I really hope Powe suits up for Thursday because I doubt he gets the love he deserves if he doesn't play a game in Boston till next season. The longer the time in between when he left the team and when he plays in Boston the less the applause just cause of peoples tendency to forget the importance of role players

I guarantee Eddie gets more love, especially since his comments made it sounds like he wanted to stay in Boston. Leon, on the other hand, felt rejected by theC's and supposedly turned down their matching offer.
"The emblem of a warrior, it's the swagger of an athlete, a champion and dynasty, it's gifted, golden, genuine and glorious. It is a lower-case god. It's the goat. The greatest of all time. What's G? It is the heart, hustle and soul of the game."

I'd say Eddie.

Eddie just left, whereas Powe has been gone for a few months.

Eddie will play, Powe has yet to play this season, and I don't think just adding Jamison and trying to integrate him will help Powe's odds of getting in.

And maybe, just maybe, Eddie brings along this guy:

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Of course Eddie. It'll be interesting.

Eddie.  I don't really have any doubt.

His departure is much more recent and he was absolutely beloved by Celtics fans. Wouldn't be surprised if there was an "Ed-die" chant.

I think Powe.  Not for lack of affection for Eddie, but he just left and Powe of course is battling back from another injury.

Eddie House is kinda like the Celtics version of Dave Roberts.

Wasn't the big star or anchor of the championship team but was a role player who made the most of his abilities and often rose to the occasion when it counted most.  Also, like Roberts, House left on very good terms with fans.

Guys like that are as beloved as they come in Boston.  Fans eat it up.

House because he should play and he just left the team. But they should both get love.

yep. i agree. but what i really like is that BOTH of them will receive warm welcomes for all they did as celtics.

i wish them both wonderful careers....as long as the celtics win any game they play in.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
