Feeling any better about the deadline?

Listen what Danny had to say about Jamison-

"There was the rumor with [Caron] Butler and [Antawn] Jamison. Jamison didn’t seem to make much sense. Did you really have interest in him? Ainge: Well everyone has interest in Jamison, he is a terrific player. But because of his age and his contract it was prohibited for us to get involved with him, so there was never discussion of that."

Prohibited? AKA Wyc nixed any idea of a deal, which is alright with me. I think Jamison is more of a vanity player, don't really think any team needed him that badly.

Still wish we got Butler and Haywood, though.

Adding Jamison adds another dimension to the Cavs, so despite this ONE game, im still not happy they snagged him.

Do not expect too many nights like this from A Jamison.

Cavs are 0-2 since the trade.  It must be because they no longer have the Moon on their side.   ;D

No, he will help them.

But looking at the three main East opponents right now, they all have smaller PFs.  It is really important for the Celtics to pound these guys inside with KG and Wallace come playoff time.  A jump shooting contest or athletic contest at the PF spot really benefits those other teams.

That was my original thought about the Jamison trade. Dude can't be taller than 6'8. Decent player and all, but I've never heard of him as much of a defender. Plus, I don't think he's going to be a 20/10 player in Cleveland.

Celtics could exploit that matchup.

Obviously Jamison will have better games ( loved the air balls ) but, the Cavs still have Hickson to go back to if he continues to struggle.

Hickson is listed as 6'9 but I think the same person measured him along like Powe and Davis.
Little Fockers 1.5/10
Gulliver's Travels 1/10
Grown Ups -20/10
Tron Legacy 6.5/10

That would be nice. But do you really think those two will start doing that. It's never happened much before.
Peace through Tyranny

They don't have the strength or endurance to bang down there the entire game.

Both should get several post ups a game, but we're not going to just throw it to them every possession down the stretch like they are TD/Shaq.

I have seen both in different games spend more time down there then usual.  That's what they need both of them to do in the playoffs.

But at no point would I expect not to see KG in the pick and roll shooting that top of the key jumper he is good at.  And at not point would I not expect to see Wallace outside looking to hit a three.

Just more time in the low post.

We've seen that the last few games with KG. Hopefully he's more confident that his body can handle his full game.

Sheed's shot selection has been a lot better this entire past month. He just needs to make more of them!

Sorry but KG and Wallace are what they are.  KG is mainly a jump shooter and an excellent one.  Wallace is going to look great on 2 or 3 post ups, and spend the rest of the time shooting jumpers and 3's.  Nothing will change in the playoffs.

They mainly shoot jump shots out of the post though, plus it leads to open shots for the rest of the team.

I'm not expecting them to back anyone down McHale style.
