I watch every Celtic game! With that said, I have never heard Rasheed say Ball Dont Lie 5 times in one game as loud as he can say it. Maybe he is mic'd cp tonight being back in Portland. But he makes me laugh everytime he says it knowing it has to irritate the referees. Rasheed is certified crazy!

Rasheed doesnt suck, you will love him when it counts most. Playoff Time, regular season bores these veterans who are playing only for championships.

Rasheed puts his own mouth before the team, always has, always will ... doesn't cut it with me.

Give me Rasheed all day if it means keeping Scalabrine off the floor. That turnover at the end of the 3rd is the most goofball play I seen from anyone all season.

Sheed is the most frustrating player I can remember on the C's for a very, very long time.

Shut up and  play.

It doesn't matter if you're right if the team loses points and you end up getting suspended.

Get on the box.

I don't care if you're older and want to jack 3's.  Do what we're paying you for.

Bust your arse on EVERY play.

I don't care if you think you signed for a discount (you didn't).  You're playing low minutes, so you've only got 20 minutes to earn your paycheck.  Get moving.

And yet, it was probably still worth signing him.  Amazing.

He must have been "bored" with the Pistons all those years when they didn't turn it on in the playoffs.

LOL I totally agree. Although I will give credit where credit is due, he has been playing hard the last 3 games. Let's hope he keeps it up.

so true. living off his reputation for years now. when he was on detroit, i would be so happy when he would wind up and shoot a 3. if he made it, i was still fine  with it because it meant he would keep shooting them. i love when people like doug collins talk about how he can extend a defense by taking jumpers. yup, extends the defense then misses a three. what an asset!

played well for the two games before the trade deadline, but as i predicted, once the deadline passed, it was back to same old lazy garbage.

People rag on Sheed way too much right now. He stopped taking ill-advised 3s and has been playing good defense, rebounding, and posting up. He's gonna be a beast in the playoffs I'm telling you.

Ray and Sheed have been doubted the most this season and people are gonna EAT THEIR WORDS after the playoffs when we are hanging #18!!

The team and or coaches definitely talked to Rasheed about his attitude.  The past couple of games he has been a model teammate.

In fact there was one incident where Garnet was seen explaining something to Sheed and Sheed was totally soaking it in.  That was the first time I've even seen KG talk to Sheed.

Watch his interactions with his team and you'll see a new motivated Sheed.  I think Doc asked him the same question he asked Rondo, "Do you think your teammates like playing with you?"

Sheed got another technical tonight, and it wouldn't matter if it was game 7 of a championship series, if he felt like running his mouth at the sake of being tossed from a game at a crucial time, he would DO it ... he's dont it before and he'll do it again. Sheed cares most about Sheed, and if he has an axe to grind, he'll grind it, and if he's irritated enough he'll run his yap until he gets tossed, whether it hurts the team, or loses an important game or not. Being a true Celtic and having the heart of a champion, means putting the team first, despite the fact that you may not like a call one of the officials has made. He's immature and selfish, and always has been ... nothing has changed ... the Celtics knew what they were getting when they acquired Sheed, and gambled that "Ubuntu" and the influence of unselfish team-mates would snap him out of these bad habits ... tonight was another clear example that it hasn't worked. Sheed being Sheed, and it's not likely to ever change.
