Danny seems really high on Nate!

PS : thanks for the link, it's great to be able to listen to this interview live!

Yeah really, another TP Budweiser and you to housecall for the heads up.

Things that were reported had no truth... Very interesting.

Completely worth the last 2 days I have listened. Jamison not allowed by ownership it sounded like.

I really would have loved the Butler and Jamison rumor to have happened.
Things that were reported had no truth... Very interesting.

Butler and Jamison rumor probably was not true.

Paul's knee is still sore and he needs to get back "into shape"... interesting (but not surprising considering Paul's recent performances).

Danny:
- we talked to PHO about Amare, nothing serious
- Nate deal was set up long before but we were working on bigger deals so we waited
- we were interested in Martin, had discussions with SAC
- because of age and contract not interested in Jamison
- really like Butler (young, good contract...), had discussions
- not worried about Nate`s problems in NY
- Nate has speed, athleticism, gets into paint (we only have Rondo now), can create his own shot, ability to run high pick and roll offense, wants him to be a scorer
- if it is a good fit it is not just a short time solution
- had a wish list of players but no good offers
- talked to a lot of teams
- things that were reported were not true this time, things they discussed were not reported
- weren`t close to doing anything, no good offers
- PP needs to get in shape, knee is still sore
- good that PP wanted to win AS 3 point shoot out
- PP in discussion for top 5 celtic of all time
- Ilgauskas back to CLE in 30 days...no problem, it is the same rule for everyone...

an infection inside the knee is really bad - is this the cause of the knee problem or was that cleared up?
