Showing a little love to the former celtic. Where do you guys think Ricky Davis will land? Are his playing days over? I wish the best for him, I hope he can revive his career he's still young.
By the way relax , I'm in NO WAY suggesting he be back in Green, But I did like him when he was here. I wonder if it's "curtains" for him or will a team sign him and he revive his career.

Close.  I'll say Greece.

Getting waived by the Clippers is never a good resume builder.

I think Ricky is done in the NBA.
Yup

Whatever happened to the Canadian basketball league? He would have been perfect for it.

My guess is he is already in Amsterdam.  No idea where he is going to play basketball though.

I wish I could say I was waived by the Clippers   8)

I'd brag about it to everybody I know.

True, but then again, Sam Cassell was waived by the clips as well. I hear you guys just kind of sad. I thought Ricky D had potential to be a great player. To be honest I think he's the equivalent to Tony allen right now. Would be great but these nagging injuries as of late are hampering him. If tony allen were waived and we picked up ricky davis , I don't think that would affect our roster @ all. lol

Sam's situation was a bit different, but point taken.

  • Rondo = Good
It's not like he never played at all for the clippers this season.  He played in almost all of their games for an average of 13 minutes or so.  He also shot 38% from 3.  If not this season, next season some time might want him.  He's not a good player, but it's clear he can still be a solid end of the bench (12-15) player in the NBA.

He likely could get more money overseas, though.

Many people may not know. Ricky Davis loves paintball. During his time in Boston he used to play paintball at Fox 4 in Upton, MA. A very small town in South Central Mass near Rhode Island. He would go to Fox 4 with a bunch of buddies. Most of them would sit in an escalade or hummer (I forget what it was), and watch DVDs and listen to music while he would play paintball and own all of the kids on the field. If I remember correctly my friend said he was pretty good. Maybe he'll try pro paintball. Not really, but I love Ricky.
