Rondo  Nate
Ray    T.Allen
Pierce Daniels
KG     BBD
Perk   Sheed

Deadline has passed. This is our roster as of now. The weakest links IMO are T.Allen and BBD. I personaly wanted them to be packaged for a guy like Tyrus Thomas or Salmons but that obviously isn't happening. So with possible buyouts occuring soon, who do you think will give us a better shot at another banner this season?

we needed an athletic 3/4 who could guard the likes of josh smith, rashard lewis, ect...and we failed. There will be no buyout canidates who will be up for that task.

You forget Marcus Landry and Shelden Williams and Scal.

Ha well I only wanted to include players who would crack the rotation and have an ounce of trade value.

That's not a bad roster.  And come playoff time, we really could boot Davis and TA pretty much entirely from the rotation except for spot minutes.  Nate, Daniels, and Wallace could conceivably play pretty much all the bench minutes.

I wouldn't underestimate Landry either.  If BBD doesn't impress, he wouldn't be a bad 9th man on this team.

Why is everyone so down on Glen? If anything, he is a proven player. He plays hard everygame, and does all the dirty work. Playoffs last season:

Per Game
PTS   TRB   AST
15.8   5.6   1.8

The team already improved getting Nate. Just hope Pierce and KG heal up before the playoffs. You can't do anything else. Hopefully Big3 play like the Big3.

The only hope we have is for PP and KG to get better.  Outside of that, we have little chance.

He is a hardworker but the thing about him is that he works hard for baisically nothing. I know that sounds stupid but just watch him play. He will work his butt off to get rebounds and when he does, he feels the need to try to go up over far more athletic and taller guys. 70 percent of his shots down low are blocked.

If KG can even show a semblance of his championship self we will go deep in the playoffs.

Last game he had 4 assists on offensive boards. I will take a guy that attempts to get that offensive board over a guy who runs back on defense every day of the week. Unfortunately Big Baby is the only one that attempts to get an offensive board these days.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Best way for us to improve is to get KG back operating at 75%-80 of where he was.  If he gets himself back in gameshape and has more confidence is his abilities (aka body), then this team will be fine.

Without a functional and effective KG, this team is dead in the water this season.

(I'm assuming no unforseen injuries the rest of the way)
