Any Chance Eddie Gets Bought Out By NY?

Any chance?  I know Eddie fits what they do, but Eddie probably isn't going to re-sign with them anyway, so why keep him for the rest of the season?  He can then re-sign with the Celtics and they save a bit more money.

D'Antoni wants House. Otherwise the Celtics would be trading Tony Allen or Scal to the Knicks. If the trade goes through there is zero chance of a buyout.

Why would you want House back?  The whole point of moving him is that he doesn't provide what we need.  Are you expecting him to get minutes over Nate?  Why?  As someone else mentioned, what would have been the point of the trade in the first place?

Besides, Donny Walsh HATES buying guys out.  Pretty sure he only bought out Starbury last year because Gilbert Arenas pointed a gun at his head.

Agreed -- D'Antonio is nostalgic for a repeat of their past relationship. He is hoping that Eddie can give him some solid minutes as a backup point guard because he is very unhappy with his other options on the roster.

Now that the Knicks concluded their trade for Tracy McGrady and landed Sergio Rodridguez in the process ...

Any chance the Knicks consider buying out House now?

Rodriguez is young and a better point guard for their system. He is also good enough to be a long term piece of the puzzle.
