"The General" Sherman Douglas was listed at 6'0" but was rumored to actually be closer to 5'10-1/2" ... these measurements are aberrated quite regularly in the NBA.

Such an underrated player, after i read Larry's feelings about him in "Bird Watching" i really looked back at his play as a Celtic.
Sherm was 5'9" maybe 5'10", friend went to college with him.  He was underrated, very good guard who got a lot out of himself unlike his college teammate derrick coleman.  Sherm was one of the few bright spots back in those dark days.

Agreed.  Game 2 of the 1995 first round series vs. the Magic is still one of my favorite C's playoff games.  Douglas and Brown demolished the Magic's Hardaway/Anderson backcourt.  I think it was only the Magic's third home loss of that year.
