If we do end up acquiring Robinson, he has got to be our first sub-6' player in ages.  This got me thinking, who is the last sub-6' Celtic?  I can't remember anyone in the last 20+ years.  But there's had to have been someone, right?

Good call. Welcome to the world of Tommy Point addiction.

Kicked the habit after the last TP fiasco, the phantom "TP Fairy" raining huge lumps on a select few ... they lost their value, meaning and objectivity from that point on, unfortunately, and I think that was the intent. Still fun to throw them around for thank-you's and rewards, though, I guess. ;)

"The General" Sherman Douglas was listed at 6'0" but was rumored to actually be closer to 5'10-1/2" ... these measurements are aberrated quite regularly in the NBA.

I actually just noticed last night I picked up like 700 randomly, but when you're a first time poster, it's still nice.

Good call.  I kept thinking it must be some guy that rode the pine for a year or two.  Never thought to consider it'd be someone so obvious.

Telfair and Bagley were also a bit "inflated" at a 6'0" listing. ;)

Such an underrated player, after i read Larry's feelings about him in "Bird Watching" i really looked back at his play as a Celtic.

Agreed ... awesome PG, and one of the sweetest finger-rolls I've ever seen ... a floater from heaven, easy and light-as-air. He was also tough as nails like Rondo ... I loved Sherm.

Loved sherm.  Loved cuse back in the day too: Sherm , Derick Coleman, Stevey Thompson (mad ups), Ronny Siekly...

How about JR Bremer and Alan Ray - neither looked too tall to me.

Allan Ray must have been under six feet. I kinda miss that guy, him turning into something for nothing was one of the brightspots for that season.
