Pierce at the top of the key, Rondo screams for the ball on the left side. Pierce dumps it downlow to Perk. Perk turns it over...

i am telling you PP and rondo don't like each other

Ray was deep in the circle.

It was a good call, the best we could hope for was a no call.

and just like that....a promising relead of 10 is gone and it looks like boston will be tied or behind at the half. just not going to be easy this season.

OR we could hit two FT's here, and go in up 7+

To early for that talk bud, cheer up :D

Great Pierce probably tore ligaments in his thumb, or at very least doc will keep him out another 2 weeks, which will step us back, cant catch a break

I just think Pierce likes to hold on to the ball sometimes.

He likes to do it himself.

Then explain to me why paul's the other night, just as deep, was a charge?

I'm not complaining about the particular call, i'm complaining about the consistency of the call as a whole.

I don't mind if that's the rule, but i wish they'd just come out and say "if your in the circle, you can't take a charge"

That's exactly what they say. You can't take charges when you're in the restricted area, with a minor exception.

Failure to do so just makes me angry when paul gets called for a charge while in it the other night, but tonight ray takes a much better charge in it than the one on paul last night vs the kings, and it's a block.

The problem with that Paul play vs. the Kings is that he caught the ball (and started the drive) within the lower defensive box. That's the only case where a charge can be called.

Right, but you know that's not how it's called.

Make it one way or the other, and I'll be happy.

That was an up and down first half.

Not a comfortable game to watch.

LA's best line up tonight would be odom, bynum, gasol, artest and fisher...boston would have no answer for that

perhaps we should stay on the court during half time to avoid our third quarter nonchalance?
