We have to wait until the kid is a year out of high school to sign him, right?

Too bad.  He could fill in for Scal in the ML Carr role...

E-Mansion will always have a home in Boston, anyone from the 08 championship has mucho respect here (regardless of what team they are on in the future).

Even Gabe Pruitt?  ;)

Eddie was/is a great teammate, good locker room guy, appreciated us fans, and worked hard and hustled on every play.  He got people going with his lights out shooting in some key games.  We'll miss that, and appreciate what he did for our team.

Eddie is a real professional, he might not be a great player but he was giving his 110% every night! He might not be the best player in the world but he showed us that he deserved to wear this green jersey...

Thank you Eddie House and good luck playing for your new team...

My friends who are NYK fans are telling me that Nate has attitude problems and they are happy to see him go. Wounder if there's any truth to that?
Peace through Tyranny

I'll miss ya Eddie...you were always a class act and brought hustle and energy everytime you were in the game.

I'm sure the garden will give you a huge ovation when you come back to play against us next week. (Hope he doesn't light us up though,  :P)

Oh Eddie! I'm going to miss you terribly. Always fun to watch.
Whether it was watching opposing teams hustle you bring the ball upcourt or you spotting up for threes somewhere on the perimeter.

Definitely one of my favourite players in the current squad.

I hope you get red red hot in NY and sign some ridiculously absurb contract in 2011 and make a mint.

Farewell!

  • LETS DO IT AGAIN!
I sat behind Eddie's wife and kids in 2008 season.
By the end of the season I always talked to his wife and dad about Eddie.  I will miss them just as much.

Eddie was always left in the wind about a contract extension, but was never a distraction or problem.

Eddie did a great job fufilling his role. He is a great shooter and will make another team very happy, just as long as they have a PG.

What I will miss the most is Eddie's energy.
During the player announcements..there's Eddie rolling dice with Paul, making the cut throat sign with KG...stuff Posey and Eddie got the team doing.
Then the on court hustle.
Eddie had a steal and the great behind the back pass while falling out of bounds to TA for a dunk. OR The hustle down the court to save the ball and toss it to Posey for a layup.

The only Celtic hitting the floor now is Rondo.

We will miss the crowd cheering Eddie Eddie.

Thanks Eddie for your help with Banner 17.
Good luck.

We will never forget you...

Gotta love almost everything about Eddie. He's been extremely loyal to us, and in today's sports that isn't something you see a lot.

Thanks, Eddie. I'll always appreciate the hustle plays and loyalty to the franchise, not to mention all the clutch threes.
