What about Utah? I think they could use him, and he wouldn't be under a ton of pressure right away.
Utah would be perfect for him.
I really think Turner is going to be the best player in the draft. I'll admit, I have only seen a little bit of him and Wall (or any other college player, for that matter), but based on what I have seen, I am completely convinced that Turner will be better than Wall. While Wall is a special athlete, and an exciting (if not polished) player, Turner is just a special player. I really can't think of the last wing to come out of college who has the skillset and polish that Turner has. Maybe Brandon Roy, but I think Turner is a better athlete.
So really, any team with a need for a SG should be a good fit for him. But put him on a team like Utah, that have such a strong cast around him, and he could really develop quickly.
