I'm pretty sure Stan Fat Gundy doesn't want to start him, but he will have to, as he is obviously the best player available.

I wouldn't be surprised if Stan gives him a lot of minutes hoping he twists his ankle

As much as I love Rondo, it would pretty much be a slap in the face to everybody else in the East to have two Celtics starting in the All-star game, when they are slumping like crazy. By starting JJ, at least you get another player from a top team in the starting line-up.
