Eddie House: Not Your Best Work, Champ. The Whole Year, Actually. Just Awful.

After 3 months of keeping my criticism off Eddie House bottled up, I'm sick of it. It seems like he's shooting 30% from the field, and honestly, he's contributing nothing. His entire season can be captured in one moment of tonight's game:

Marquis and Eddie on the break. Marquis dishes to Eddie. Eddie THROWS A CHEST PASS IN THE LANE. Its picked off. Two points lost in a two-on-one situation. Then he gets beat on defense and takes two dribbles off a pick and rushes a jumper with a hand in his face and misses. Awesome, Edward. Awesome.

At least Eddie is bringing some energy and hustle.

He has been more productive than Pierce and KG for like 5 games in a row... and that alone says a lot about the state of the Celtics.

I'll check in here. Not only is his defense a joke, his offense has been in 95% of games this year, too! Even Jason Williams can torch him.

Eddie's not making his shots, he can't guard ANYONE, plus it looks like he's lost a step.

That's what I said to myself November through February 9th. Its not a spell if it lasts for 3 1/2 months.
