Why do I feel like 95% of this team's problems in the last 3 games are due to the subbing patterns? Am I way off here?

I think a lot of this team's problems has been due to turnovers to be honest with you.  Way too many.

yea, I'd agree with this. But I'm not so sure this is a fixable problem. Maybe feed it into Perkins less and get a new bench pg or get Quis healthy.

And RJ, you can hide deficiencies of the bench guys when you pair them with some of the starters. I think that's half of the reason why TA looked so strong yesterday.

You are. Sub-par play by Ray Allen and KG are the real source of the Celtics woes.

KG is still effective on defense, but he's not a + rebounder anymore and he's been bad overall on offense.

If it was just that, we wouldn't have had so many games where the bench is all in the negative side of +/- and the starters are all on the positive side.

Subpar play of KG? I don't know about that. People like to point out that last play in the Orlando game, but KG didn't look too bad in that game.
