Why did this forum purge every game thread from before the 08 playoffs again?  I'd like to go digging to remind people just how bad things were back in the dark ages.  I know we are rightfully frustrated because we just lost to the Fakers and we've been woefully inconsistent this season, but anyone who is nostalgic for the days of Marcus Banks, Kobe getting MVP chants in the Garden and 19 game losing streaks needs their heads examined.  Some of us here don't realize how lucky we are to be a contender now, albeit a flawed one.

As I recall, it wasn't on purpose.  Somehow we lost a lot of our old stuff awhile back by accident.  Goes back to before SB Nation days.

OK, play some defense.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I am so sick of Perkins' offense. How do you get progressively worse in one season?

Me too. He needs to return to his days of playing off his teammates and leave this shot-making mood to practices.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Nice play by Rondo, Perk almost got it blocked.

Why do I feel like 95% of this team's problems in the last 3 games are due to the subbing patterns? Am I way off here?

I think a lot of this team's problems has been due to turnovers to be honest with you.  Way too many.

Idk if its the pattern as much as we just don't have as good of a bench as we thought.

Sheed only plays when he's in the mood, Eddie can barely dribble, you never know if you're gonna get Tony Jekyll or Tony Hyde...

Btw, Big Bab-err-Glen Davis has yet to enter the game - in the doghouse I suppose.

You are. Sub-par play by Ray Allen and KG are the real source of the Celtics woes.

KG is still effective on defense, but he's not a + rebounder anymore and he's been bad overall on offense.
