Came up with this one:

http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine

Sac/Chicago/Boston

Boston receives Francisco Garcia and sends Scal and TA

Chicago receives TA and Nocioni

Sac sends Nocioni and Garcia

For Sacramento

Scal: expiring deal and I don't see any power forwards on their roster really

and Kirk Hinrich  which could be a good hole filler for them whether they later on decide to move Kevin Martin in a trade or not (I think they will) Also they get out from under Nocioni's deal

Boston sends TA home and gets a wing that can score off the bench in Garcia.  He spells Paul and Marquis gets to be point and Eddie gets to gun from the two.  (Those of you who covet Rodgriguez as a back up he can get thrown in and the trade doesn't change)

Chicago (the toughest sell by far) Loses Hinrich's contract but gains Nocioni's  BUT at the same time TA is expiring so it will still be less money cap wise next year, and I read somewhere this week they wanted Nocioni for some reason?

Then we sign Sean Williams to a minimum contract to add some athleticism up front.  So the roster looks like

Rondo/Daniels/Rodriguez or buyout
Allen/House/Giddens
Pierce/Garcia/Walker
KG/Baby/Shelden
Perkins/Sheed/Sean Williams

Not bad and a good mix of athleticism

Anyway have at it....

  • Rondo = Good
Chicago traded away Nocioni to get out of his contract.  This trade makes absolutely no sense because of that.
