He does nothing besides shoot 3's . That would be fine if that's all he was put in the game for as a last second shooter, but the guy can't even do anything else. He can't make a layup, he is an undersized defender against bigger PG'S , he is to slow to stay with quicker PG's, he can't even be relied on to bring the ball up the court.

I was against it before but get Nate Robinson Danny!

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I've always said he was one-dimensional and that he has his best games in garbage time.

I love Eddie and I've always been against trading him... but SOMETHING needs to change.

Eddie misses more layup than 3 pointers, not really. But the guy can't make a layup to save his life. The bigger issue is sheed. The laziest SOB on this team.

  • You know my methods, Watson.

Eddie House is the difference between a Win and a Blowout win. Not the difference between winning and losing.

I still like Eddie.  He's not exactly a trade asset, so I wouldn't trade him unless his contract was key to the deal.  I'd trade the young uns and Scal before I let him go.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

I like him as the 12th-15th man, not as our backup pg

I'd like him there too, but nobody has that kind of depth.  Eddie's shortcomings as a ballhandler wouldn't be quite so pronounced if we had more than 2 and a 1/2 capable drive and kick guys on the team.  Right now its Pierce and Rondo and Ray on a good day and they're all in the starting line-up.  And he's not bad when he's playing with those guys.

If Eddie isn't making threes or hustling, he's not doing much for the team. I wouldn't be disappointed if he were involved in a trade.

Another 7 inches and he could be Jason Kapono.  Still one dimensional.

Has there ever been another 6 footer unable to dribble the ball?  That's pretty unique!
