I'm just shocked a team ever won it all with Rasheed on their squad.  He seems to rubbed off on our killer instinct.

I have to give you at tp for this.  I believe it to be true on some level.

If you guys really believe that to be the reason, you're nuts, imo :] hehehe

As if a group like ours will be affected like that by a single man, let alone one as crazy as Sheed. I don't believe him to be that detrimental to our squad.

I think we'd have atleast three more wins if it weren't for his Technicals.  I was at a game against the Sixers where him getting kicked out let them crawl back into it and get momentum to do so.

He and KG have the two biggest personalities on the team.  One of the two is a loafer.

If Sheed is doing that to us then Marbury would have sent the whole team to crazy town. These are grown men, pros at that, I don't think one guy could be that bad of an influence. I don't really get this at all. What do you guys think Sheed is saying to the team? Is it "Guys, just don't give your all and we can coast into the playoffs" the rest of the team then says "Right on, lets take it easy"?

Anyone remember the first game against Chicago in the playoffs? They took that day off too and Sheed wasn't in the same time zone. Ever since they won #17 they have not had the intensity night in and night out. They lost their focuse, add injuries and what you have is the team we see on the court.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Marbury tried to fit in and hustled.  He sucked, but he gave 100% effort.  And Marbury didn't have a dominant personality on this team.  He was never a leader anyway, just a crazy loner.

Either deal with it, or work to get the baiters punished.

You seem like quite an intelligent person Rondo

I would have figured that someone as intelligent as yourself would have figured out that this was actually the purpose of starting the conversation of the whole second game thread in the first place

Really?  I'm not trying to be mean, or antagonistic, but honestly I was under the impression the purpose of starting that conversation was for you to become the center of attention for a while.
Why do you guys keep taking pot shots at me

Did I do something to you two to deserve being indirectly called petty, immature, and an attention seeker

ok - you're right. Let's chill.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

I think this thread has run its course, since it's devolving a little bit.  (Plus, the "facts" conveyed were really nothing but an opinion.)

Since this discussion is occurring elsewhere in a more civil way, this thread is locked.
