Just got home from a meeting and I see we are starting to roll over inferior competition now that KG is back. What, the C's are only beating the Clippers by 5, after 3, at home? Oh, nevermind.

This is my favorite kind of bashing. Criticizing a game you haven't even seen.

Does Rondo play the rest of this game, if it is close?

Surive these next 4-5 minutes and we're golden.  C'mon bench.

Wasn't the Celtics losing a thrid quarter by 6 points last week deemed getting dominated in the quarter but now that the Celtics outscore the opponents by 6 points in the third quarter it's disappointing?

I don't get it?

Yeah Orlando it's nice not to have a big deficit after the 3rd quarter was just illustrating a very clear point how it was disappointing they weren't up more.

But I don't think too many people would say 21 points is a good offensive quarter under any definition.

Wouldn't it make more sense to get excited AFTER the shot goes in?

This quarter is a perfect example of why the Celtics have struggled this season to put teams away --- they are playing great defense but wasting offensive possessions here.  Careless turnovers and bad shots have prevented the C's from building a big lead.

The Celtics of the previous 2 years would be up 15 easily playing this type of defense at home.  For whatever reason this current team can't sustain the runs long enough to put games away, letting teams hang around and quite often take over the game at some point.
12 - 19 so far this quarter. Sorry, but defensively that's amazing, and offensively we've been passing very, very well the past few possessions.

If they play like this the rest of the season, we're in the run for another banner.

Well of course I have to disagree --- if you don't think the Celtic teams of the past 2 years would be up much more than 5 points after a great defensive quarter then that's your opinion no matter how misguided it is.

100% the C's are very disappointed right now only being up 5 after appearing to dominate the quarter.
Well, so be it. I'd rather be happy with a 15 - 21 quarter than start complaining about what was wrong about the (obviously, numbers-wise) solid quarter.

The Celtic players are humans. Albeit very well payed, they're still like the rest of us and make mistakes. It happens. You can't be perfect. To me, that quarter was great.

Depending on pace, it can be a phenomenal quarter.

Depends on the pace of the game. It's good when you shoot 60%. How can you call 60% shooting a bad quarter?

Rondo should've taken that shot in the paint instead of trying to pass it off to BBD. Luckily, TA got a nice board there.

Tony Allen manages to switch between good and bad 5 times in a single play. The man is amazing.

And Rondo should've shot that one.

Where did I bash. I got home from a meeting and expected to see a 10-15 point lead and I see a 5 against a team that can't find its way on the road. Kind of just stating a fact there.
