I select Troy Murphy, since I really need a center and I think he's a heck of a player.

I think that's a good selection.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.

A cringe-worthy center, but solid PF if you can put him with a legit Center defensively. It definitely gives a team like Charlotte a lot of options and quickness.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Thanks, probley missed someone but I like him and a bunch of my other picks for big men already went or are protected.

although his stats this year are way down, specificly in the rebounding department. Needs to pick that up to really help me out hehe.

Champ- yea, the problem is just that their aren't alot of bigs unprotected. I didn't get to do as much scouting as i'd like before the draft, but every name i came up with was protected.

I'm kinda expecting this round to be mostly bigs by every team that doesn't have a top flight guy protected, and mabey by those who do as a way to secure depth.

Starting caliber bigs are a rare commodity in this draft :D

Stretch style four, graduated from Delbarton School, june 1997. Notre Dame honors graduate class of 2001. Holds 2 NCAA Division 1 records. One for most points in a season, one for distance, former nickname "The Mule". The first and only pro athlete to come out of Collier County and one heck of a model American.

I felt I needed to say that.

Guys, this is just for fun.  If Bass wants to take Scal here, he certainly can.  Heck, our own GM gave him a five year contract.
bveleive me hobbsy I am absolutely ok with it specially because that will give me the chance of having DW without much critics this round

The sad part is he may end up playing center, for the reasons i noted above.

Bigs who can start are becoming an endangered species around here in a hurry.

TP roy for the Pick 2 Draft.... i thought it would be like a CBlog redux, but that you have your 2 "cornerstones" really changes some of how/who you draft i think...

an interesting game (notice, Lucky i left out exercising!!  :))

I think Edgar is saying that it's fine to have binkies, and to draft the team you'd like to be the GM of.  His is Delonte, yours is Scal, I like Oden a lot, etc.  There's no need to obsess too much about "value".

I thought very long and hard about taking him and playing a Curry/Jennings backcourt, but I had to respect the game  8)

And a reminder, esp. for folks new to these draft... always good practice to bold in red the player you take --- easier for folks later to skim and see who got taken just prior to your pick...
