I'm not going to bother to watch the entire video (is it unusual for NBA.com to not insert flagrant fouls in the highlights?), but that Al Horford play was certainly not a travel violation.

NBA.com inserted the Big Baby flagrant foul in the highlights. You can argue they did so because it led to Doc's ejection but still, that's not a reason to hide Pachulia's foul.

And if Horford didn't travel on that play according to you, I don't know what is a travel for you... 8 steps?

A player must have control of the ball to travel. Bobbling and fumbling, like Horford did, doesn't qualify as having control of the ball.

He had the ball in both hands, and he jumped two times because he knew he traveled and wanted to avoid a turnover. It was definitely a big and obvious travel.
