How about Scal Tony Big Baby Giddens, and House and future 1st round pick.

For

Al Harrington and Nate Robinson.

Would fill the void of the missing SF who can also play PF Nate would be our back up PG and Daniels as the Backup SG. I think that would be a great deal. For the Knicks they get Baby who can play and some expiring contracts to go with it and a future 1st round pick. With the 2nd unit we would have we would be unstoppable

Honestly, with our locker room chemistry, I wouldn't want anything from the Knicks at this point.  That's my opinion.

I'd do it, but I think NY just wants to save money at this point. Since Al and Nate are both expiring, I don't think they would be interested in this.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

The knicks wouldn't do it, but I definitely would.

  • Rondo = Good
Sixth man of the year candidate and another bench scorer (capable of scoring 40 apparently) for a our bench riff-raff?

The Knicks are not that stupid.  They are actually in playoff contention (with the East being as bad as it is).  They would never make this trade.
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

I don't think the Knicks would sacrifice that much talent for a low first round pick -- similar value to the one they simply bought for $3mil last season from the Lakers (Toney Douglas).

Harrington's a nice pickup but I'll pass on Nate the malcontent.

the issue with the trade is that it wipes out the bench depth.  TA, Scal, House and BBD are all rotation players.
