certain refs feel and act like the fans paid to see them. they want to be part of the show. like clowns. Salvatore is a clown.

Salvatore is at the top of my sketchy list. He is either crooked, has a vendetta against the Celtics, or is a poor excuse for a referee. I love posting that clip where he gives Iverson a T for pumping his own crowd up and then adds on a T to Larry Brown for saying basically nothing (similar to last night, wouldn't you say) They compound their mistakes with even more mistakes.

I think that's the reason why they don't put mikes on the refs anymore.  That is disgusting.  Question though.  What was the outcome of this situation?  Did the ref get suspended or something?  This is def something to be fired about (integrity of the game) but they wouldn't do that, so did he get suspended or something?
Baby Jesus!

So it looks like Baby's controversial flagrant was revoked by the league today.  Doesn't help the refs' case there.

Yeah -- they revoke the flagrant and still fine Doc $25,000 for being right. Go figure.

This is incredible. I just got even more mad at the refs than during the game. Seriously, the guys acknowledge they were wrong, yet the league fines Doc while he didn't do any postgame comments critical of the refs, meaning that he got ejected AND fined for his behaviour during the game... you never see that.

And by rescinding the tech the refs are basically saying they offer 5 game-changing free-throws while none of them was deserved... surreal. They could come out and state that they wanted the Hawks to win, it would be more honest. Disgusting.
