It feels like its been quite some time since we've had our full team on the floor. I wonder how long it would take before KG suits up, realistically.
I think it will be at least a week more ... maybe ten days. We all knew that our success this season would depend on our players staying healthy, and we all knew that having three "older" core players meant rolling the dice in that respect.
Yes, we want to be at our best all the time, because giving up games like these against a team like Atlanta that are so close, is that much harder to swallow when realizing that just having a KG, or a 'Quis, or a Paul at 100%, could have easily made the difference.
But it
is still the regular season, and while we want to command home-court, it's not always a factor that makes the difference, especially when you've been as successful on the road as we have this year. We're always playing to win, that's what every team wants to do, but let's keep our eyes on the "Big Picture" too, and try as best we can to hone our skills and health issues for the Playoffs.
