(1) Yes, the Celtics can win the title with their present roster.
(2) Consequently, no they do not need to make a move. They should be opportunistic in the trade market though.

I would be happy with a bad contract like Gadzuric`s and a top-3-protected Pick from Milwaukee for our scrubs and Pick, for example.  It doesn´t have to be a great trade, not necessarily one that helps us "now", but I want to see the C´s make a move with their expirings if they see a good chance to upgrade the talent level for the next years.
