What about us picking up Jason Hart as a back up? I heard he was just released by the Suns. A Vet who is a point guard.

I would be open to such a thought.  He might only be a 12th or 13th man on a NBA roster, but that is better then the three 16th men wasting space on the Celtics bench.

Is Jason Hart better than Lestor Hudson?

I don't think so, at least not substantially better, not better by a large enough margin to dump Hudson for him.
