I'll start it out with one of my all-time favorites ... it's been done by Celine Dion and many others, but this is, to me, the best version by far, done by Avalon, and far more soulful than any other I've heard:

My favorite version of this song is solo piano by Dave Grusin, but I couldn't find it in this format ... James Taylor's version will do. ;)
