We will not get a fair shake from Bill Kennedy ever.  He was furious about the fine he got for Doc's complaints about his unprofessional conduct.   The rest of the refs were pretty mad about it too so that may explain a lot of bad calls against us.  Remember what Donaghy said about refs getting even.  I honestly believe that Kennedy is going to get his revenge for that fine. It sure seemed like it in this game.

So did the refs really control the game this much for us? Or did Sheed hurt us? Or both? I just find it extremely hard to believe that the refs did this..if so isn't the League doing something about it? Or does David Stern need to go before Congress?

i'm not blaming the refs for this loss. however, you would think the nba would make SOME effort to avoid looking biased... i.e. why would they assign bill kennedy to ANY celtics game after what happened last year?

i should add that they made an absolutely terrible call at the end there to put KG at the line. it was so bad that even Tommy said so... when's the last time he did that for a call benefiting the celtics?

it's as if the game had to be decided by one point...
