You can't even blame the rebounding on that play. Brand just got position on Pierce after a switch. Stuff like that happens sometimes.

I blame this loss on that banked 3 by Holiday!

Yeah screw it, we deserved to lose that one.

Hopefully that'll wake the team up.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
The best thing that could have happened tonight is this team losing this game. An embarrassing lack of effort in the second half and they deserved to lose. They have NO homecourt advantage anymore.

I'm sorry but no matter how badly they're playing, I will never be happy watching this team lose...

1)  That last play was pretty awful.  Best you could do Doc?

2) This team is bad at rebounding and it's a serious problem.

3) We're worse at home than on the road.  That's...really troubling.

Oh and

4) The refs really had it in for us after Sheed got ejected.  That seemed fairly obvious to me.  They were trying to help the Sixers as best they could.  I guess that's what happens when you have guys on your team that tick the refs off.

Oh well, it happens.  If we continue to win 80% of our games, we'll be okay.

Pierce ISO's haven't worked at all this season. Why do we always forget about Ray down the stretch? Give Ray the ball

Sixers Win. We deserved to lose. Good Game.

Yeah they deserved it. Great effort and they didn't choke.

Our team played putrid at home (and on friday) again. I will take it as a good loss since the winning streak is now over - we have to start from scratch. And maybe this it this wake up call we needed to get back on track AT HOME.

Doc's 2nd half rotations cost us this game. I know Rasheed did not help the situation but Doc's love affair with Scals is sickening.

Terrible rebounding once again --- the C's simply have to fix this or they will not go far in the playoffs.

And to top it off just terrible execution offensively on the last possession.  A bad loss to a putrid team.

NO EXCUSES for this effort

I think they will put a better effort in rebounding during the playoffs. Regular season and playoffs--2 different things.

Sheed's ejection killed us....we coulda used him down low on the box.

43 second half points? For this team?

The C's have lost yet another home game === this time to one of the worst teams in the NBA.

They blew a 15 point 3rd quarter lead.  Gave up crucial rebounds time after time.  And poor execution on the last possession.

Pitiful effort and honestly the C's deserved to lose this game.  They finally got caught playing so poorly and couldn't win by turning it on for a few good minutes.

Pathetic effort tonight --- and the C's had better improve their putrid rebounding or this season will be over much quicker than anyone is expecting.

This team isn't a bad defensive rebounding team. We are better than the league average. It is our orebounding that is the issue.
