He's too expensive for our assets - and the Warriors will probably try to dump a bad contract in the process.

I never liked Randolph anyway. Good athlete, bad basketball player. I see the potential, but I doubt he'll ever fulfil it. Still very raw, no position.

Put him around hall of famers for a while and i'm sure theyll show him a thing or two. Perk was really raw when he came into the league, and look where he is now after the team he Played and Practiced with for a few years.

The Starting 5 along with House, Daniels, Baby and Sheed are off limits. If you can get it done with trash and a first rounder or trash and a couple of second rounders get it done. Tony would be great with Don Nelson, at least Don Nelson before he went senile. The kid is 20 years old and he's pretty decent right now. I think he'll end up being Lamar Odom part II.

I wouldn't trade Baby for him now. I agree that in 3 years he might fit in nicely with Rondo and Perk. But for now, we're gonna need Baby's ability to finish with either hand in the paint to mesh with Sheed, or Baby's 15 footer when Sheed is in the post. I don't think its worth losing that versatility now for something that may only pan out 4 years from now.

there is zero chance the warriors would trade him for big baby davis or any of our other bench players. anyone who thinks otherwise is drinking the kool-aid -- plain and simple.

It sounds as though they think, as do I, that he's never gonna amount to much. if you can get Baby, a proven performer, and expirings for him, why not?

Because even if they think that he's never going to amount to much, they'll try to sell him to someone who believes otherwise.

They're submarining the chances of that by coming out and saying he has maturity issues.

Do we have the time for that?

GSW will want someone of quality back in return for Randolph.  The problem that the Cs have is that the Cs don't have a person of value that they can offer, whose loss won't hurt the Cs championship chances this year or next.

It sounds like a nonsense rumour to me. I can't see the Warriors giving up on Randolph this early.

Excellent prospect. One of the best prospects in the league.

I agree. Randolph is the keeper.Tthe guy the Warriors need to get rid of is Nelson.

The Warriors ownership would be smart to fire Don Nelson and his whole crew from the front office down, hire a quality talent evaluator as GM and hire Tom Thibodeau as their coach. Then keep Curry, Randolph, Watson, Morrow, Biedrins and Azubuike and trade everyone else for expiring contracts and draft picks and start over.

Scal, walker, hudson, shelden, Tony, Baby for Randolph, Vladrad, turiaf. They save 10 million next year and get to keep baby.

Bill Simmons has written about this kid a few times and how he's a future superstar, right?

I don't think we could get him.

That's what I'd like to see the Warriors do too. Except I'd like to see them move Biedrins also. I don't like the idea of trying to develop two defensively challenged core big men (Randolph + Biedrins) at the same time.

The Warriors franchise could be in great shape in a very short period of time if they make some smart long term decisions here.

Would love if we could get Randolph here are you kidding me?! He would be great with KG working with him since they have similar body types and could have almost the same game! If we could i would love it but i doubt we could get him. I could see him heading to N.Y. Or something of that nature.
