We'll always remember the Big 3 and the big names like Walker, Ricky Davis, and Gary Payton.  But the grinders and gritty role players always captured our hearts for a time. Who are some of your favorites?

Examples:

I Love Waltah!
Eric Williams was the glue of those early 00's teams.
Ram it low Leon Powe!
I really wish Ryan Gomes could have been with us the last few years to enjoy this success.

I know Jeff already mentioned him, but I'd have to say Eric Williams.  He was a true 'blue collar' type player; not flashy, never went for his own stats, just went for every loose ball like it was full of money, never complained, mentored younger players.  Great guy.

Ed Lacerte ... Truly one of the best trainers to ever be part of the NBA, and one of the longest-running in that capacity.

Thom Thibodeau - Another big part of the current success of this team, and the D-minded restructuring.

Red, Danny, Larry, Chief, DJ, Clifford Ray, Tommy Heinsohn, Mike Gorman, "The Redhead In Needham", Bob Cousey, Cedric Maxwell, Sean Grande, Willie May, Gary & Greg, Wyc & Irv Grousbeck, Steve Pagliuca, Robert Epstein, all the other "coaches" and assistants that are behind the scenes, and the families/loved ones of the players who sacrifice for the "Greater Good" ... the Green.

Players:

Dana Barros
Eric Williams
Leon Powe
Al Jefferson
Glen Davis
Delonte West
Walter McCarty
Vitaly Potapenko
Orien Greene
James Posey
Ryan Gomes
Gary Payton
Kenny Anderson
Gabe Pruitt
Wally Sczerbiak
Ricky Davis
Tony Battie
Sebastian Telfair
Tony Delk
Milt Palacio
Erick Strickland
Rodney Rogers

(Not all are for scoring, but for other things they added on/off the court).
