If any CBers out there are looking for something to watch, NBA TV is showing the greatest playoff comeback of all time.  Game 3 of the 2001 ECF against New Jersey, 4th quarter about to begin.

Just a heads up!

This game was a madhouse to be at. I remember hugging strangers on the street afterwards.

Looking back on this game, it is an amazing achievement that that team came anywhere close to the NBA finals.  I really can't believe they pulled it off with that roster.  Their bench basically consisted of Walta, Eric Williams (or Rodney Rogers), Erick Strickland, and Tony Delk.
Also fun to see the old faces (Kedrick, Blount, etc.) playing the scrub roles.

Yea, I was saying it last night: the current Celtics and Lakers would have swept both of those teams easily. I mean, Todd MacCullough was in the rotation. I wonder what happened: an influx of talent, the league getting more top heavy, or the east was really, really bad back then. I think it's a combo of all of that.

i agree.  the building was rocking, no one was sitting, and the garden was as loud as i have ever heard it (in the new building).  i honestly think it was louder during the comeback than it was when we won banner 17.
