Interesting starting lineup introductions for the Sixers.....Iverson was not introduced last, Igoudala was.

Igoudala is the captain right? Thats how it goes. Also AI just barely became a member of the team. They shouldn't be going too overboard with him after only being  on the team for like 3 days

How was the reception?

Well the hor's d'oevres were great, and there was an open bar but the DJ was terrible. Of course seeing Uncle Charlie get wasted is always entertaining.

Oh yeah and the crowd is still going nuts for the Answer.

How was the reception?

Pretty big. Huge applause after he came in off the bench after a short rest.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Allen looks a step or two slow. Can still get anywhere he wants with the dribble though.

Iverson is gonna play his heart out man. I'm glad he's not on the Celtics because I don't think he would've ever been ready. But I'm also really glad he's playing and he feels wanted right now. Watching that guy play basketball is a joy. In the same way that I hate watching Lebron play because it's often like watching someone play madden on 'Rookie'..watching AI play in his prime is like watching your buddy play 2k7 on "Superstar" and just absolutely roll. It's like watching Barry Sanders run.

Actually, there are some striking similarities there between the two guys.

Playoff intensity here. Baskets hard to come by for 2 high scoring groups and bodies flying everywhere. Pretty good game. And theres a monster dunk by Iggy. You should probably tune in if you havent already.

Good call on the parallel with Sanders. One major similarity: always a question of whether their playing style is condusive to winning. Barry took three steps back to take 10 forward. Allen had trouble dominating in an offense whre there is alot of ball movement.

Iggy just hit one from 93 feet right after the buzzer...this was 10 feet deeper than KG's a couple weeks back. I wouldn't bet against the other AI right now.
