very unimpressive half from boston. agree with drucci about delfino going to be the one that scores a career high when he really shouldn't

Milestone update:  KG has just passed Hal Greer for 25th highest scorer in NBA history.  Congrats KG!  Next up: <gulp> Larry Bird!

Rondo racking up the assists. Almost had another but KG got fouled. Rondo wanted that one.

Our little run didn't last. Awful 2nd quarter. Gotta be aggressive early in the 3rd to get free throws and put them in the penalty, that will free our offense.

WAKE UP C'S!

NO defensive rotation in this first half and no rebounding.  Thought those issues had been fixed on the road trip but obviously not.

Keep in mind this is a Bucks team that has lost 4 out of 5 games and is not a good team.  A Celtics team playing at home after a break should be dominating right now...

just looks like and feels like most of the home games so far this year....they really need to come out in the third and turn it up on defense...40 plus points to the bucks is not acceptable...esp without mike redd playing

24-12 out boarded?? come on..this is milwaukee!! wake the F up

One of the best rebounding teams in the league for the last 2 years whenever Bogut is healthy. Are you sure your prejudices aren't clouding your judgements?

huh? because they have white guys? no...boston should not be out rebounded by anyone 24-12

So why the "this is milwaukee!!!!"? They are an excellent rebounding team.

because boston can rebound with anyone..and the bucks are very rugged

They can? Why don't they do it? What makes you believe they can?

Being rugged is good when it comes to grabbing boards.

Delfino is the official "scrub who gets hot against the Celtics and has a career high" player of the game.

What's Delfino career high? 25, 30 points? I agree that if he scores 20 points in the second half we're in trouble.

Looks like Celtics players aren't the only ones having a bad showing tonight. Celtic owner Steve Pagliuca is getting smoked in the Democratic primary.

2nd Qtr Possesstion by Possesstion

1st 6 minutes -

Milwaukee - 0 0 0 0 0 2 2 2 0 0 2 - 8
Boston    - 0 0 2 0 0 3 0 0 2 1 0 - 8

Boston's issues are turnovers as well as lack of rebounding.

2nd 6 minutes -

Milwaukee - 0 2 0 2 1 0 0 0 0 0 3 3 2 - 13
Boston    - 0 3 0 0 2 0 2 2 0 2 2 2 - 15

Basically a sloppy half with lots of TO's and more lost opportunities in lack of rebounding offset 58% shooting percentage.

The C's play with much less urgency on their HC than they do on the road.

I'm not worried about this team, but [dang], hit the glass fellas.  We're shooting 15% better from the field than them and taking more free throws, and we're only up 1 cause they're killing us on the boards.
