HUGE RONDO!!

Seriously.

Rondo's defense there may have sealed this game.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
We're lucky games are 48 -- rather than 49 or 50 -- minutes long.  I think this is going to be one of those saved by the bell things.  Great play by Rondo to deny San Antonio.

Looked like Perk got fouled there.

Blair smacked him on the arm.  Wasn't really his fault he missed.
They're letting a ton go down low. Perks gotten mugged on several of his offensive board chances this quarter.

  • Rondo = Good
Doc should have left Perkins in more in the second half.  Perkins had 9 points in the first half but Doc kept him out a lot and he wasn't able to get going offensively again.  We need to recognize that Perkins is a legit part of our offense that we need to utilize.

atta boy Rondo. I'm starting to lose faith in Doc. Rondo should've played more in 4th Q

Not the Pierce iso. Anything but the Pierce iso.

They have to foul, so it's probably the Ray iso.

Looked like a dejected Perk after he got the rebound slapped away. First time in a while it seemed like he hesitated his hustle.

Perk's been getting hacked for the entire second half without any calls.

Rondo's defense in the last couple minutes may have won us this game.

Spurs are out rebounding us 63 to 42 (counting team rebounds) and we are still winning.

Horrible coaching job by Rivers, just horrible.
Yes, let's put Williams in so that he can guard Bonner on the perimeter. We can just give him the ball on the other end and let him go to work. Genius!

Right, partly because he's the only green jersey on the boards going up against 3 white jerseys pretty much every opportunity.

Good play Pierce needs to hit at least one here.  Hasn't scored in double digits the last 2 games but can pretty much ice the game at the line

Williams is a solid rebounder though... guess what's kept SA in this game??

I agree. Scal was the better option. But Rondo & Perk got in late in the 4th Q. House was getting abused/
