Very impressive. Brief thoughts from the boxscore before I start watching the replay.

Excellent.  It's great having an easy game, and it's a thing of beauty seeing Ray get his stroke back.

Well, great game. I wish Ray and Paul didn't play more than 30 minutes but... I guess they will be OK. I just don't like the idea of playing them when the game is over, because you risk to hurt them for nothing.

TP's for all of you, and a great Celtics night, it had been a long time since a good blowout. Hopefully we will win in San Antonio in the same fashion, who knows? ;D

Good night to my fellow European watchers and good evening to the others. :)

One other thing about Perk......He only played 29 min tonight and produced those numbers. If he was playing the 36-37 min a game that Bynum was playing we would see numbers closer to this every night. For now Perk needs to make nearly every shot in order to get 20 + points (9/10 fg)

I look forward to Perkins making Duncan look old. Incidently, the Spurs are one of the few teams in the league that I would say is significantly older then the celtics. We have Rondo, Perk, Sheldon, BBD to balance things out. The only young they have that plays a lot is blair? Or am I forgetting someone.

They've got Parker, Jefferson (29 I think), George Hill and Roger Mason.

Encouraging signs....

Rondo's beautiful pull up jumper in the third and 2-2 from the line.
Ray's three point shooting.
C's winning basically without Pierce.
Knowing Perkins is only 25 years old.

anyone who has catched the past few games, has rondo changed/tweaked his shooting form? Hopefully he is using more wrist than elbow

I wouldn't really count Jefferson as a young player, its his 8th year in the league. I kind of forgot how young Parker is. Mason is also 29. In terms of players I think still improving with a significant role it would be
Rondo
Perk
BBD
Williams
(not counting quise even though he is 28)
VS
Parker
Hill
Blair

Its a toss up but I would rather have our young guys. We also have two starters compared to their one. My overall point being they are a team more likely to breakdown or fall off due to age.
BBD
