My favorite was his big dunk. this was his first dunk of the season that jarred his finger cover on his shooting hand, that used to be a pretty common occurence :)

Great game KG

Not only should we be encouraged by KG, but after that 1st quarter our defense came back!

Great game by KG, his best game since of the season so far, and a really encouraging performance, I agree. Hopefully he can keep this consistency (I'm not asking for 17/18 every night - although I would be glad if it happened ;D -).

Also, it's really nice to see how clutch he can be, especially when he is labeled "unclutch", which I think is false, although he is not the guy I would primarily go to when the game is on the line... but maybe this has something to do with having Ray and Paul on the same team. Talk about luxury! ;D

He's been up and down.  One good game doesn't mean he's up for good.  As good as he looked last night, he was just as bad in the previous game.  Of course I hope it continues, but I'm not sure KG is out of the woods yet.

KG had a nice game last night. But he is no where close to the quickness and athleticism he exhibited throughout the '08 championship season.  I have no idea if he will come back to that level or not. I certainly hope so. I also think our chances of beating the Lakers this year in the finals hinges on KG returning to at, or very nearly at, that level of athleticism.

He was 6-6 in the previous game.  I mean, he didn't dominate or look as athletic as last night, but the guy's clearly in a rhythm right now.

Anybody else wondering if Pierce's decision to get the ball to Garnett for the game-winner against the Knicks was designed to start just what we've seen over the last few games? Namely, giving Garnett the confidence to step up his game. Or am I giving Pierce too much credit?

The thing is we don't know if that play was specifically called for KG, or if it was more of an option play where if the picked worked in Paul's favor he would take the shot (where we've seen him make on that same spot before to win games) or if KG was left open the shot could easily go to him.

But I must say he's been on fire lately, let's just hope this keeps up, and he rubs off on Ray a little bit.
