I think one of the problems is that NOBODY is being selfish enough on this team----Pierce has GOT to take charge, if Rondo doesn't want to---or Ray can't get open.

Hint: when the team is playing 15 feet off of Rondo when he doesn't have the ball, you have to give him the ball and make the other team pay for it. Awful gameplan by Doc.
You think that performance is Doc's fault?

I'm thinking that it is. Our offense is causing defensive problems to be honest. They got ahead of our defense after long misses, caused by a poor offensive gameplan. Our pick and roll defense is baffling. The roller is wide open every time.
I'm thinking the gameplan is fine. The execution and effort have been abysmal.

When you have Pierce, Rondo, Allen and Garnett as starters and you score 13 points in a quarter, it's the gameplan...

boston is just building a new building...brick city

Our passing needs to get more crisp.  Our ball movement is putting me to sleep.

when boston can't string together stops on defense they are average. they are not getting it done as of late on defense...they let lewis and peitrus hit a ton of 3's and dug the usual hole

That's ridiculous. So no matter how bad those players play or how well the other team plays if the c's score very little, it's Doc's game plan? Absurd!!

Or put another way: when Magic fans saw this matchup what was the first thing they were scared of: the Rondo/J Will matchup. How many times did we do an iso of this matchup: Not once.

I love Doc and think he is the best man for this team without a doubt, but he must be held as accountable as the players.

You know how ridiculously difficult it is to iso on a guy playing you on the foul line?
Rondo drives, someone else will just slide over and clog the lane so he can't get in.
Williams is playing Rondo VERY intelligently.

Then you pass it to the wide open guy: it's pretty simple.
