Did anyone else just experience him screaming "Jesus Christ" on the air for no reason?

If they fire him it will be because they were irritated by the fake smile, not the JC reference.

I actually like him, think he's a competent host and a good interviewer.  He worked for NESN as the host of Sports Late Night for years, and I used a bunch of his stuff in the mixes I've made.  The guys they have over at CSN (Marshal, Tanguay, Dickerson) are an embarrasement IMO, and so Chris is (was  :P) a welcome addition for me.

Saw it, can't explain it, very bizarre moment.  Ironicly, CSN was shamlessly plugging it's new Celtics On Demand feature during the game, so this will be a good reason to check it out  ;D

Yeah, I kinda like him too.

I caught that and it was quite bizarre.  He was talking and suddenly there was a shuffling of papers and his expletive and they cut away.  Very odd.  I don't think he will lose his job over it,  Probably just get a reprimand.

The guy is a chump. Disingenuous smile and secretly dislikes the Cs despite filling in at Comcast recently for a Cs pregame and post I think.

Here's my Cs memory of CC (ironic those initials, huh):In the dreaded winter record losing streak of '07, he was doing the sports one night on NECN as he usually does in his smug, know-it-all way when he is at the very end of the broadcast and pressed for time and hasn't done the Cs report yet. He then flippantly and condescending says "Oh yeah, the Celtics, I almost forgot." He then threw his sheet in the air and looks in the camera with that smug mug and said "WHO CARES!" and then poses for the camera.

In the time it took to do all of what he thought were cool theatrics, he could have given the score and have seconds to spare. I'll never forget it from that band wagonjumper. Good riddance if he goes.

I didn't see it and I don't know who he is. I really have nothing to add with this post but I noticed I have 999 posts and want a star.
