What is this site?  Is it just one man's blog?  A lot of these email chains are pretty darn funny.  I wonder if they are real email chains... they kind of remind me of my own.

Some of these are hilarious, although the idea of a deadbeat who doesn't pay his bills probably would otherwise disturb me.

I liked the Grubby Tenant one, just due to the illustrations.

I have to say, anything that can make me laugh out loud like this while watching highlights of the Pats game from last night deserves a TP, well done  :)
