I like seeing Orlando lose, but they were playing without Rashard Lewis, Vince Carter, and Ryan Anderson.

Basically, that's like us playing without Pierce, Ray, and probably Rasheed (or at least BBD).  It's not representative of how good they are.

I think the Hawks are a better team than them.

Why?

Well, they better get used to Vince Carter being on the injured list. He spends more time there then playing every year it seems.

Seems, but isn't true. hasn't been for several years, and it's always been overstated to a fault.

Certainly not a iron man kind of player, but he hasn't missed more than 9 games in 6 years.

The "injured every season for a bunch of games" has not been true for Vince in a long time. in fact, he's only really had two awful yeas injury wise, 01 and 02. in 2000 he played 82 games as well.

Vince's problems over his career has been defense and giving a poop. The injury hype is overplayed.

TP for you. Guess he hasn't missed that many games. I am always thinking of the 'half man, half a season' quip from Barkley.

That doesn't count all the games for which he was hurt, but still played. Carter pretty much is nursing his ankles for at least 1/4 of the games he plays.

He's a far better player overall than many give him credit for.

The Magic are hurt so this shouldn't be an indicator of where they are as a team. However Ive said this before and I will say it again, the Thunder make the playoffs this year and give the Lakers a tough first round series.
