Seriously though, the ESPN love for the LeBrons is getting ridiculous (in red, all the news related to the Cavs ; click the picture to enlarge) :

TP for dissecting ESPN.  I'm on board with you that Lebron is both amazing, and overrated.  The hype machine is out of control.

Back to our previous discussion... I know the teams the Cavs played last year in the playoffs weren't so good.  Can you blame them for being the #1 seed?  Now maybe I saw too many of their blowouts and not enough of their defeats at the hands of the elite teams, but they would take teams apart surgically quite often.  Their defense would just frustrate the crap out of the other team and Lebron would carry the offense.

I do not think that will work this year vs. the Celtics, and I think the Magic are still too bad a matchup for them.  Barring injury, the cavs don't get out of the East.  But that doesn't make them a bum team.  We are 6 games into the season and they are introducing the biggest personality in the game to their team.  Bound to be rocky.  They'll get to the 3rd seed soon enough.
